Because Dashcentral.org is out of order, and until it recovers, I will keep here the description of my proposal.

In short, vote YES to give 26 Dash as monthly Basic Income to all the proven individuals of the Encointer community.
They are currently about 150, so each one will receive 0.17 Dash.
